Westroc, Inc. acquires Staker and Parsons Companies
Westroc, Inc., a Pleasant Grove, Utah based leading supplier
of ready mixed concrete and aggregates in Utah and Juab
Counties, has purchased the ready mixed concrete operations
located in Sanpete and Sevier Counties from Staker and
Parsons Companies.
The purchase involved the ready mixed concrete plants of
Western Rock Products located in Centerfield, Aurora, and
Mount Pleasant, Utah. The purchase was an asset purchase.
The acquisition expands Westroc, Inc.'s operations in central
Utah. Westroc, Inc., currently has aggregate and ready mixed
concrete operations located in Mona, Utah in Juab County.
This acquisition gives Westroc, Inc., greater access to
markets located in Sanpete and Sevier Counties.
Westroc, Inc., currently has operations located in Highland,
Pleasant Grove, Springville, and Mona, Utah. Employees
currently in the Western Rock Products ready mixed concrete
plants will be retained to ensure continuity for Westroc,
Inc. customers. Other administrative functions will be
integrated into Westroc, Inc.'s current operations.
